Boaz's Journey to Recovery following Attacks on Israel

May 27th, 2024 |HaTikva Aid

Boaz is married and runs a sound equipment business to supplement his income. He was at the festival on October 7th and was lightly injured when a grenade was thrown into the shelter where he was hiding. He has suffered from PTSD since that time. He has been acknowledged by the National Insurance as a victim of hostilities, qualifying for mental health care coverage. However, despite this support, he faces challenges in resuming his employment this month due to difficulties in functioning. In addition, his sound equipment was damaged in the attack and he has been unable to purchase new equipment. HaTikva Aid was happy to be able to help provide for his necessary expenses.
