Ami is married and expecting his first child and although he works part time as a financial and mortgage consultant. A few months ago, Ami and his father went into business together and opened a store together selling marble. They opened a beautiful showroom, but unfortunately, due to the ongoing security situation in the country, the business struggled and ultimately had to close. This challenging period was further compounded by a devastating personal blow: his sister was diagnosed with cancer during the war.
These hardships significantly impacted the family’s financial stability. In an effort to support his loved ones, Ami took out a loan from the bank. However, he is currently facing difficulties repaying the loan. HaTikva project was able to help cover his debt and get him and his new family back on their feet.
